Where are your products made? TOP
All of our products are handmade at our studio in Lake Pleasant, NY. When you purchase from Missy Mac Designs, you can be confident that your order was made in the USA!
What fabrics are used in your table runners? TOP
All of our fabrics are 100% cotton. The trims, tassels, and embellishments are made from various other materials including polyester, rayon, and other fibers.
How do I care for my table runner? TOP
Table runners can be used for sofa tables, kitchen and dining room tables, and dressers. When not in use, store on a hanger inside a garment bag.
Hand wash your table runner in cold water, hang to dry, warm iron as needed. Do not iron trims, tassels, and embellishments.
Do the Christmas ornaments look exactly like the ones in the pictures? TOP
Because fabrics and materials come and go very quickly, it is not possible to guarantee that they will look exactly the same. Much care is used to ensure that any substitution is comparable to the one pictured.
How are your rugs made and how exact are the measurements? TOP
All of our rugs are hand hooked with the punch needle method. We only use top quality 100% wool yarn on 100% cotton monk's cloth. Our size measurements are always rounded to the nearest inch.
Are your wool rugs only for the floor? TOP
Any square or rectangular wool rug can also be used as a wall hanging. To hang: open up hem, insert dowel rod and stitch closed. The rug will hang very nicely on a couple nails that have heads on them.
How do I care for my wool rug? TOP
The preferred method of cleaning your rug is to have it dry cleaned by a reputable dry cleaner. However, you may hand wash your rug in cold water with Woolite or Ivory liquid. Never put your rug in a washing machine.
Shake or vacuum your rug regularly. (Never use a beater bar.) Spot clean when necessary with Woolite Foam Rug Cleaner. When not in use, your rug can be stored flat for a period of time.
Do you take custom orders? TOP
If fabrics and materials are available, we will do our best to fill custom orders. Please
contact us via email with your request.
Can you fill bulk requests for your products? TOP
If materials are available, bulk requests are not usually a problem. Orders must be placed at least 4 weeks in advance. Payment will be required before production begins.
When will my order be shipped? TOP
We work diligently to ensure that your order ships within 48 hours of payment.* Please always keep in mind normal delivery times when calculating when your item will arrive. If you need to know the status of your order, use our

*Custom orders, special orders, and large orders do take additional time. Bulk orders must be placed 4 weeks in advance of when you need your items.
